The Ombre Brow is by no means blocky, but a soft powdery finish that looks like you've just powdered your brows in, that tapers off as you come to the inner part of the eyebrow (hence the name Ombre Brows). Using a cosmetic tattoo machine, hundreds of tiny dots of pigment are implanted into the skin which resembles a soft powder finish.
Microblading is a tattooing technique in which a small handheld tool made of several tiny needles is used to add semi-permanent pigment to the skin. Microblading differs from standard eyebrow tattooing because each hairstroke is created by hand using a blade wisnad which creates fine slices in the skin, whereas eyebrow tattoos are done with a machine and single needle. It deposits pigment into the upper
region of the dermis, the concentration of pigment is not as high of that of Powder/Ombre Brows therefore it is not recommended for oily skin types.
